Forest School

At Ramsey Junior School we are so lucky to work with The WIldlife Trust who lead our Forest School sessions. Pupils with High Needs or who benefit from Outdoor Learning enjoy visiting the Great Fen at Ramsey Heights to build dens, use the mud kitchen, Climb trees, go pond dipping, cook on the open fire, practise woodworking skills and much more. This provides a fantastic opportunity for outdoor learning around social interaction and skill development outside the classroom environment. This is only offered to a small number of pupils each year, who we think will benefit from this experience and opportunity.
